We Employ Communities

To support our tree-planting and nursery operations, we actively involve local communities, offering job opportunities to those living nearby. Each year, we train and employ over 900 community members as field facilitators who work closely with our field team.

We also employ around 300 local residents as seasonal nursery workers, managing seedling cultivation through distribution. In 2024, 49% of our nursery workers were women.
