One of retailer, Barker and Stonehouse visited planting area on November 2010. Mr. James and other member of his team held field visit with Trees4Trees.

Meanwhile, supplier and retailer came at the same period, Kadjeng Pratama and a retailer from United Kingdom. Their visit to planting area was facilitated by Trees4Trees.

       
The supplier describing location visited to retailer. In the location, supplier and retailer interacted and observed plants at a time.   A farmer was explaining to visitors about kind of plants planted, their age and progress, including challenges during development.
 
Discussion among retailer, supplier, farmer and a staff of Trees4Trees on the spot. Here they shared information from their point of view and finding solutions for the problems.  The delegation was taking picture of a farmer who was cultivating his soil.
