Overview
Our tree-planting occurs in community forestry areas, involving local communities.
Our programs promote self-sustaining initiatives and support the social and economic well-being of local community by enhancing income opportunities from tree yields, providing sustainable farming education, empowering women, and strengthening food resilience.

We provide our tree grower partners with free seedlings, allowing them to own the trees, harvest and sell the trees’ produce to enhance their income.
Our nurseries also boost the local economy by creating jobs and supporting small businesses around the locations.
Our tree-planting initiative incorporates agroforestry, combining trees with crops to enhance short and long-term yields. Short-term crops like corn, cassava, spices, and herbs, along with long-term yields like fruits, leaves, and nuts, improve food stocks for communities, strengthening their food resilience locally.

We create new job opportunities, employing local communities in various roles, from the field team to the nursery team.
By engaging local communities, we provide vital employment opportunities around our operation areas.
Women are actively involved in our tree-planting operation as tree growers, nursery workers, field team members, and support staff.
By including women, we promote gender equality and provide equal opportunities in work roles, trainings, and other advancement.
