Since joining Trees4Trees, Daroji helped bridge the program with local farmers, encouraging sustainable practices amid declining harvests and aging farming populations. Daroji has long been known as a Patriot Desa, a dedicated figure who has tirelessly championed community development in his village. Formerly a photographer, Mubarok returned to his village after 1998 crisis and took up farming. In recent years, he has faced recurring droughts and water scarcity caused by land conversion. To address this, he turned to sustainable farming. Through the Trees4Trees planting program, he planted 250 trees on his 2,000 m2 plot, primarily to help restore local water sources and build resilience in his village.
