Suparjoko
Suparjo joined Trees4Trees to continue his long-time mission of greening his land and inspiring others to pursue farming. Known for his kindness and humor, he not only nurtures trees but also dreams of building a small shop for his wife and going on Hajj together. His quiet resilience, supported by Parsinem, his wife, reflects the strength of love, family, and a shared hope for a better future.
Itang
At just seventeen, Itang chose to follow his passion and become a farmer. He now focuses on growing cadamba, which suits his soil conditions, and coffee, a promising long-term crop. Beyond profit, Itang plants trees to help preserve the springs of the Citarum River near his village, hoping to leave a legacy of healthy water sources for future generations.
Elis Maryati
As a widower, Elis Maryati is the sole breadwinner for her family. She grows crops in her plot of land, like chilies, cassava, and red beans for both household use and sale. After joining the Trees4Trees tree-planting program, She hopes to boost her income by harvesting and selling fruit from the trees she planted. Grateful for the support, she sees the program as a lifeline for women farmers and widows like her.
